1/ - duct vs. ductless overall which is the better system for:
-  multi-room;
- multi-floor

2//- under what circumstances is one system better than the other.

3/- of both systems which make / model has superior performance ratings

4/- where can I go LOCALLY to veiw a ductless air condirtioner and heating unit in
        (212) or (718) area codes.

5/- ductless air conditioner / heater (with humidfier / de-humidifier features).
does this exist. give makes / models and where I can purchase in (212) or (718) area
        codes.

6/- what pro / cons should I be armed with to ensure I PURCHASE THE BEST THERE IS FOR MY MONEY.

an obvious disadvantage of split ductless acs
is the elevation of the condensing unit
Ive seen a lot of them over 10 feet above
the ground. This makes them dangerous
to service or at least difficult
working of a ladder you need one hand
for balance the other for work.

Hi! Reading your web site your header states ductless systems and the body speaks of mini duct systems. Is the system you recommend a space pac type system?

I've been in the HVAC business for 30 years and I'm looking for the next generation of HVAC.

Thanks, Russ.
